This is a no scrap tutorial. Very quick and
easy. The download for the backgrounds does work and you can pick up some great backgrounds.

The web site for the wordart is not available. So either use your own, or just add some nice elements.

I have always loved using the effects within the PSP program.
Also brushes can add so much to your tag.
So for this challenge -

 Make a tag using at least one effect from within the PSP Program
Use one of the brushes you download
