Very nice tutorial. Does use the Mura Meister Copies and Tone
Haven't used the tone before and really liked that one!
This one does use some brushes for the mask look

2. Using the Paint Brush, add at least one paint brush item

This is a very nice, quick and easy tutorial. 
The supplies are included with the tutorial. 
This is just a copy and paste, but it does use some blend modes.
