IMPORTANT NOTE:

The AP Lines plug-in provided did not work for me. It closed my PSP program down.
I went back and patched all the files/folders and I didn't have any problems.
You can find the patched files Plug-In HERE

This was a very nice plug-in..Had lots and lots of different effects.
Just place the folder in the plug-in location!

In case you have a problem getting the plug-in to work, I am attaching the psd file which shows the effect you get. You can use it if yours doesn't work. You can colorize as needed!
