Note:

On this instruction -  after you have your image in the rectangle
and it tells you to duplicate image,

you should merge the image with the rectangle 

On this instruction to make the border  -  new raster layer select all flood fill
with your light color selections invert hit delete on keyboard. select none. effect inner bevel of your choice

If you do it that way, you won't have anything, go to modify and then contract with setting of your choice, then delete

I didn't use 7 different tubes, I took my tube and then used
Mura Meister settings



You don't have to have 7 tubes to do this one

I changed mine around a little as I added the tube at the top

Saint Patrick's day is in honor of the Patron Saint of Ireland, who brought Christianity
to the Emerald Isles, as Ireland is known.
It is truly a day of celebrating Irish history, ancestry, traditions and customs.

Saint Patrick's' Day has many symbols and traditions, from shamrocks and leprechauns,
to green beer and Corned Beef and Cabbage.
Saint Patrick's Day parades are popular in many cities around the U.S. Interestingly, the first St. Patrick’s Day parade did not take place in Ireland.
It took place in New York City, in 1762. 

Roots of Tradition: Saint Patrick's day is held in honor of Saint Patrick, the missionary
who brought Christianity to the Irish people in the 400's AD.

It means "Ireland Forever"
